Estância Turística

Cet hôtel est une agréable surprise. Il y fait bon vivre, de nombreux espaces de détente sont aménagés (piscine, terrasses, bar, salon, ...) et permettent de passer un agréable séjour. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables. Le buffet du dîner n'est pas forcément à recommander, mais par contre le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons !

Não correu muito bem, no sentido em que reservamos 2 quartos para 2 casais cada um com 2 filhos e apresentaram-nos 2 quartos com cama de casal e um sofá cama. No caso do outro casal ainda se conseguiram safar porque as miúdas eram miudinhas, mas no nosso caso, com 2 rapagões foi mais complicado. Ainda por cima sofá-cama era super instável. Foi-nos dito que tinha havido uma confusão, que pensavam que era um casal com 1 criança, mas que arranjavam outro quarto, mas por outros valores... Não percebo como, porque para além da conversa verbal com o dono, foi enviada uma sms que dizia claramente 2 casais com 2 crianças cada". Valeu-nos o espaço do quarto que permitiu-nos encher e meter um colchão insuflável que traziamos no carro. A piscina

Hôtel bien situé, personnel agréable mais qui ne parle pas du tout français pourtant c est un club jumbo. Propreté impeccable, belle chambre. Bémol le all inclusive n est pas à la hauteur, très très léger, peu varié et pas de choix au buffet. Au bar peu de choix aussi. Peu d animation. Un peu décevant

I went into the hammam and just ran out of there. IT'S EVERYTHING IN MOLD!!! The hotel management that does not see anything at all? You can’t stay there, it’s dangerous, you can’t breathe it! This area needs to be closed and disinfected immediately!Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available in the room, you have to ask the staff for them. Water is paid. The pillows are only synthetic. There are no fresh vegetables for breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the room but there was no creamer. Bathrobes are old and need to be changed.The hotel is not worth the money, I do not advise!An unusual outdoor pool, the tiles are beautiful.By the way, the bar has a very polite and smiling staff, thanks to them. The view from the hotel is beautiful, from our room we could see the ocean.I can’t say anything about the quality of the golf course, we didn’t play.

First time to Monte Rei. My wife and I stayed in one of the apartments. Our whole experience was excellent. The staff were superb and the food surprisingly good particularly for a golf club grill without being overpriced. The course was in great condition although the greens were probably a bit slower than normal. We dined in the vistas restaurant on our final night and it was certainly worth the experience. Chef Rui was very present and spent some time chatting to guests. On a picky point I did notice that the merchandise in the shop was very low which is surprising as you would think it might be a good earner. The resort was very quiet the week after Easter which suited us as we had a busy Easter.

Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel y hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. Lo mejor ha sido la zona exterior con dos piscinas, una de ellas infantil, rodeado de zonas verdes y tumbonas para poder relajarte y disfrutar. También tiene spa y piscina interior.Como punto a mejorar el mobiliario de las habitaciones está un poco anticuado y estaría bien que el baño tuviera mampara en lugar de cortina.Todo el personal ha sido muy amable con nosotros y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar.

Muito bom. Recomendo. Casa muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário. Anfitriã muito simpática e disponível, deixa-nos à vontade, como se estivéssemos em nossa casa.

Empresa muy poco seria en el trato al cliente. Nos anularon una reserva hecha con 2 meses y medio de antelación a tan solo 5 días de la fecha de entrada y en pleno mes de agosto. Alegaron razones logísticas" sin dar más explicación ni ofrecernos alternativas de alojamiento similares por la zona.De haber sido nosotros los que cancelásemos hubiéramos perdido la totalidad de la reserva. Tampoco contestan a los mensajes.Es la primera vez que pongo una reseña negativa a un negocio pero es que las cosas no se hacen así."

Private studio Lagos: Nice place but not worth the amount payed(Reacting to the comment bellow: I didn’t say I cannot afford it, just that it’s not worth it. And we didn’t break any key in the lock, I have photo/video and chat evidence for that, in case you forgot :) Your really arrogant answer just proofs my points.)The accommodation looked as the pictures, the location was just as far to the city center as it was to the beachFor the amount of money, the equipment and its functionality was very poor. We had to be explained how to open both the gate and door as we struggled with it for 2 days (had to call a technician once because of the stuck lock who we were supposed to pay ourselves which we weren't told ahead). We had problems with electricity. Also, there is a construction site right next to the studio so it gets really noisy and there is so much dust everywhere! On the top of everything, while we were chilling in this PRIVATE studio, a stranger man opened the gate to use our terrace as a passthrough while cleaning a pool in the guesthouse next door. I really tried my best to be nice and understanding guest as these things may happen but after chatting with the customer service team and the communication looked like: Why didn't you tell me that I have to pay for the technician?" "I also didn't tell you otherwise..." I just gave up on trying to have a decent conversation."
