CORVAUTO

I bought a nearly-new Mitsubishi Outlander from Corvauto in December. I was clear with them that I needed Apple Carplay for phone and navigation. They delivered the car late at night and left quickly. I took the car for a drive straight away and the touchscreen was not working at all - so no radio, no phone, no navigation etc, a handle fell off, some trim was broken and there was no washer fluid. This was supposed to be an approved, nearly-new, ex- demonstration model. I informed them of this immediately and they said - it is covered by Mitsubishi warranty - take it to a local dealer. The local dealer tells me there are no stamps in the service book - so I have no proof of warranty, and touchscreens are taking 4-6 months to get here from Japan. So I can't sell the car either. These are not problems that occurred after purchase - these are problems that the car was delivered with. Corvauto now will not return my calls. Do not trust them, is my advice.
