Functional, reasonably clean and bright double room, apparently being one of two rooms converted from a double garage.The owner was only as friendly as he needed to be.We were able to hear every noise from the couple in the room next door, including bedroom and bathroom noises.There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the door, which was of cheapest construction, had swollen so that it stuck fast in the frame and required considerable force to get into the bathroom in the night and required assistance to get out.I was pleased that it had a mult-head massage shower cubicle as I had never used one before. Now I know I do not want one in my own house, as the main shower hard was in a fixed position and too low to stand up straight beneath (I am only average height) and the other nozzles were weak and ineffective.The bed was not particularly comfortable.Overpriced.
