Creative Academy

Creative academy!! The worst people and a fraud owner Anton Beil.... I paid advanced 50% € 1722 for beauty make-up course duration of 3 months.The total course fee is €3444..When my visa was not approved from my country to take the course.. I told them about the problem I had and If they could refund me some amount. .. They said refund is not possible but I can join the class according to their vacancies. I said fine I will definitely join the class when I get my visa to come to portugal.. Fortunately my Schengen visa was approved and I got my visa.. I request them if I can join the class according to which their session begin and vacancies. I went personally to their academy office to make the full payment.... Instead they refused to communicate me and told me to email them... So I mailed and mailed them for a month never response... When I told them I would take a serious action. They respond me saying their academic school has been closed since JANUARY 2019...so is this not a lie???They have been posting everyday in their Facebook page and Stories that there are still vacancy for their session both Make-Up and hair styling course....So I lost my €1722
