OndaZen

I had an incredible time with OndaZen. The instructor (Ana) did a phenomenal job with a warming up stage before each major stretch, the transitions between poses were cleverly designed to make sure that our bodies can maximize the benefits of the yoga session yet avoiding discomfort, pain or headache (which I sometimes experience when exercising on my own). In our class, we had a group of diverse skills with different previous yoga experiences, yet we all felt that each of us got Ana’s attention and she was customizing the level of intensity based on the individual abilities.I also had a massage session which was really thorough, yet again – no pain or discomfort. I trully believe that coupling yoga and massage at OndaZen is the best thing you can treat your body with. During the yoga sessions, Ana was able to understand what does and doesn’t work for me and which muscles may need extra help by doing massage. I think one can achieve incredible results in flexibility by combining the two and have it on rotation.On top of that, Ana is a person with a great sense of humour, she is also caring, mindful and environmentally considerate. She seems to be a perfect yoga instructor who has that beautiful state of calm yet loves to have fun and enjoys life to its fullest. Highly recommend.
