Casa a.mar is a beautiful place in the heart of Caparica. It compiles an amazing mix of different healing and wellness modalities besides yoga that I can't recommend enough. The space is beautiful, very close to the beach and it has a light and sweet feeling to it! Worth trying their offerings and experience the space for yourself.
