Rentalcars

I already paid for a rental car at Rentalcars in Feb 2023 with a specific credit card, but was then NOT able to pick it up at the OK Mobility desk Lisbon Airport in with the same card. Instead, I had to sign a new contract and pay the rental car fee twice, including all insurance, with my daughter's credit card. At the counter, the staff assured me that that was the only option.As a customer, it's not my fault that the partner company OK Mobility Portugal does not support major credit cards, especially not the card that is supported by Booking / Rentalcars.I also wonder why my daughter's master card wasn't allowed for the deposit. Instead, they sold me or my daughter the new rental car contract.So stay away from Rentalcars / OK Mobility. That will never happen to me again when I travel. I only take the big providers - even if they are more expensive.
