Castelo Cottages II

There was no water in the house on our first night, which was really upsetting given the freezing weather. We couldn't get a hot shower, and I was seriously ill. The host said we could find another room, but it was simply impossible at this late hour. The host claimed that this was a municipal problem, but it seems that only this house was affected in the whole village. We eventually got a 20% refund for our first night through Airbnb. Nonetheless, we appreciate the host's effort to solve the problem, and the water came back on the next day.Good things:- We like the fireplace very much, but the matches didn't work, and we need to buy a lighter for that.- The shower is nice- Nice location. The house is close to other shops/restaurantsBad things:- The box for storing the key cannot be opened easily- it took us 20 minutes to open the box.- The house is freezing in winter - need to switch on the radiator all the time - Difficult to access with heavy luggage (the slope)
