Lisbon Airport Suites

First of all, what you expect looking at these pictures is a comfortable hotel. What you get is a room in a hard to find, old, tall and smelly apartment building.The customer service is terrible! We standing in front of the building at night almost 2 hours , no information on how to open the outer door.until a resident of the same building helped us to enter the building, we contacted them via WhatsApp, and they said that the message on “how to check in” was sent and was in the spam box, but I checked many times before it arrived and it wasn't.my check in was at 3pm, and the check in email arrived at 8:23pm!!!terrible service, the apartment is not clean, and the pillows smell dirty, as if it had never been washed.
