About 2 years ago I engaged this company for a project to resurvey my land and get approval for a project that would allow me to rebuild a wall along the boundary of my property. I was told at the time that there was no reason that it could not be approved by council by the end of the year (around 2-3 months). At this stage (2 years later), I understand that the project still has not been submitted to council. All I get each time I inquire are more excuses.The only time that I have not waited in the waiting room for ages, even after booking an appointment time, was for the initial meeting. I cannot comment on the quality of the work, since I have not yet seen anything finalised.
