Assumar Country House

Since we desperately needed a time out, we booked the garden appartement for two weeks. It was the most amazing and relaxing holidays. Hilde and Walt created a tasteful, loving and calm surrounding. The beds were fantastic and we really slept so very good. The peace and quite environment was just what we needed. We loved the garden and pool. We had excellent breakfast, fresh, different smoothis and fresh baked cake or muffins every day. Hilde cooks on a five star level and the dinner one night ,with meat from a local farmer, was out of this world. Hilde and Walt are loving hosts who truely care. They helped in every way, even organized a balloon ride for us. We had massages in the bibliothek...went to see dolphins (2 hour ride) we had the most amazing dinners and tasted exceptional wine.
