Restaurante Panoramico
The most stressful meal that I have ever had. Incompetence taking our order, partnered with stupidity, because they didn't realise they had forgotten to write down one of the orders.After quite a while, we were told three of the meals were not available, and the three had to reorder something else. Some of the meals arrived, mine was partly wrong, when this was rectified there was a hair in my food.When it was pointed out that mistakes had been made, and that we had wanted to eat together, the woman stood leaning over me, and my food arguing for virtually the entire time I was eating. She never once apologised, for her mistakes.Then two more meals arrived, the first three had nearly finished their meals by this time. It was pointed out that we were still two meals short, one of which had not been changed since the original order. What is happening with our waitress? She is still arguing.She clearly didn't even go into the kitchen to check what was happening, as a short time afterwards just one meal arrived. We asked again where the other meal was, and after several minutes some chips arrived, (some of which were meant to be with one of the first meals served). The people who had the second lot of meals, had also now finished, and still we were still one meal short.The child who had no food had been eating everybody else's chips because he was so hungry, and this was his birthday treat. Guess who comes back for another argument? I wasn't the person arguing with her, but she went on, without actually listening, my stomach was in knots, which is not good for digestion, or stress levels. I just couldn't take any more of her arguing, and I shouted, for her to stop arguing, apologise, and to sort it out.The final meal eventually arrived , the recipient was so tired and full with chips, that the dog got most of his meal.In some of the meals there was a fine line between char grilled and charcoal. The chips were greasy, and they were shop bought beefburgers. Apparently, we couldn't speak to the manager, because he was also the cook (enough said).An unimaginative menu, rubbish food, and incompetent staff.If you enjoy a good argument, with particularly incompetent people, this the place to go.
