Boavista by Lisbon Inside Out
The building of Boavista 44 has now turned to an absolute nightmare and circus. As a long-time resident in this building, I can say this with reliability that at least 2 instances of burglary occurred in the past 3 months, as I know of. I immediately enhanced the house security of my own apt unit. Building security managed by condo company is 0 and airbnb business running on the 3rd floor, which was the target of the crime, is still in operation without bearing any consequences to the huge loss of the guests. Every week there are strangers coming in and out of the building, for whatever purposes.
