I have been with the company a few month and experienced the worst customer service of any company in the whole world. Absolutely disgusting the way they put the phone down on me and the way they treated me on the way they ignored me when I was on the phone waiting and asking to speak to somebody. Even their management is no help as I emailed them numerous times telling them about the problem and asking for help. In fact it took me 3 hours just to get through to somebody on the telephone God help me if my car got stolen. When I did get through to them they put the phone down on me because she couldn't speak English. So instead of passing the phone to somebody else like a normal person with a few brain cells would do she decided to put the phone down and cut me off. I was glad to terminate the contract 6 months early. Horrible disgusting customer service. The company it's going nowhere because they haven't got a clue about anything. So if you value your so if you value your car stay away from car track there are many other companies out there much more competent much more responsible much more helpful. .
