Absolutely disgusted and so upset with the after sales service. I have spent hundreds... In fact thousands in Swarovski stores over the years. BUT I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.... AND I WARN YOU ALL....My husband bought me a necklace for a special birthday and it was not fit for purpose. When I wore it and it kept getting tangled. I tried a few times and the same thing happened. When we bought it, we were told there was a 30 day money back guarantee (No limitations or exceptions were expressed at the time). We took it back and asked if I could exchange it for a different necklace. It's not like I asked fir my money back!Shockingly, we were told NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE" as I had worn it. How else would I have known there was a problem if I hadn't worn it. And
