Payment by IBAN is the only option for international purchases, so there's no comeback, which I suspect is a deliberate tactic. The part I ordered was meant to have 4 pieces, (2 for each side of the car) but only 2 pieces arrived for the left side. I questioned this, only to be told I needed to order another set to get all 4! Nonsense, confirmed by Renault that the part number was for a set of 4. Plus the parts for the left and right side of the car differ in design slightly - at no point was there an option to choose a side, and the parts are handed, again demonstrating I only got half of what I ordered. No replies, no help, no offer of a refund. Basically ripped me off €70 and I'm now left having to buy another (complete) set because - guess what - you CANNOT buy just one side. Avoid.
