I wish I could give them a zero rating. I bought a pair of sandals that broke from several places in just two weeks. I took it to them and they repaired it and again in one week they were broken. I took the pair back to them and they again repaired it. I refused to take the repaired pair back again and asked for a refund/replacement. They refused because i did not have the receipt. So they repaired it twice without a receipt but when it came to giving me my money back they demanded a receipt and said we cannot give you money because the law does not allow us! Very bad experience, poor customer service. Never go back there again
