Well I have an appointment booked for 15.35h and im still waiting at 16.h00 this is Portugal as a pre booked appointment is just for them to know you are coming and not exactly a indicator for nothing else. Its really unprofessional and if you came 30 minutes late you probably wouldn't be seen. So what exactly is the poi y for booking an appointment where youre only going to be seen 45 minutes passed that time. Its unbelievable to me I grew up my whole life in the UK and was not ready for this kind of reality in a 1st world neighbouring country..My doctor was amazing was definitely worth the wait never Dr.Rui Ribeiro amazing, She definitely loves what she does and it shows.
