Lets start with the pros: the location of the property is great as it is right next to a subway stop and the staff are extremely friendly.Cons: so first of all, the room we got was extremely small and there was an extreme sewer smell coming from the bathroom. This smell made it difficult to do anything inside the bathroom without feeling sick. The shower was a little dirty and the water did not drain properly as you showered so there was a constant flood of water in the bath. I recommend bringing shower shoes. The furniture was old, there was no safe or security box, or water/shampoo and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable along with the pillows. Finally, the walls were paper thin, and you can hear everything coming from outside the room even when your door is closed.Overall, you can get better value for your money elsewhere.
