Incredible! Definitely the top restaurant we’ve been to in Portugal, and honestly, on our Europe trip overall.The food was delicious. We did the “short story” 11 course tasting menu, and found it to be the right amount of food and were quite full by the end. Such a unique blend of flavours and concepts, mix of rich vs. refreshing dishes, and each showing the chef’s unique life experiences. We also had an allergy that they did a wonderful job accommodating with great and creative modifications of each course.The service was excellent, attentive but never overbearing. Great explanation of each dish and its origin.Finally, the space was beautiful. The dinner is indoors but it felt like you were dining in a forest. Each detail including the cutlery, plates, curtains, and even the bathroom walls were clearly well thought-out to create this beautiful ambience.I would definitely come back here again!
