We just had an excellent SEF experience after we figured out the system for letting them know we were present for our appt. The SEF officers were helpful and patient and though we don’t speak Portuguese they were able to communicate with us clearly and without friction. The number system for checking in was not working but that was not a problem. You just flag them when they come out to check the waiting area. We were done before our set appointment time. Thank you SEF team.
