Quinta da Pontinha

All of the previous review are legitimate as it related to the property. Most of the review are from families. It neglected to mention that the place is an apartment and like us you may wind up with a stranger as a room mate. It is Not a hotel with common area nor a hostel but a two bedroom apartment. I was shocked when the door opened about 30 min after arrival and a stranger walked in. Not only were we shocked but the other guest was also shocked. He immediately called to complain that this situation was not as described in the description and was told he could leave but would not be refunded. We were told that it was very clear in the description what the arrangement would be….read it yourself. BTW the other guest was Portuguese so there was not languageBarrier. Just a dishonest place with dishonest management. I could go on but you get the jist.
