Odelsun - Energias do Ambiente, Lda.

Very, very disappointed we are heading towards a 3 winter without water for a PVT solar system that was installed by Odelsun - Energias do Ambiente, Lda without ever producing 1volt of solar heated water (used a heater rod on tank1 instead of solar heated water, now due to poor installation of Heat Rod I have short circuits all over the house had to disconnect) Tank N2 supposed to produce heat with glycol to house central heating system, recently (3 month ago) broke, Odelsun claim the serpentine in tank N2 broke (1 year usage 10 year warranty?) the PVT water heating panel also broke and is leaking had to shut of. Odelsun claims it broke because in a cold nigh the pipes froze and broke panel. UAW! What this looks like to me is that the Tacoflow2 water pump Odelsun installed had excessive power just like in the case of Jack Weaver and destroyed both the PVT solar water heater and the tank 2 serpentine. Since I have been given the run around by Odelsun and my house is at risk of serious disaster (fire included) I am giving Odelsun to solve this immediately (5 business days), otherwise I will take this to court.
