Anasolar - Energias Renováveis Lda.

Four years ago Anasolar sold and installed a PV solar system in our house in Setubal. With two Lithium Ion batteries supposed to be under 7 years guarantee. Beginning December 22 one battery failed. Despite many mails, pictures and calls from our end, the fact that there was a battery problem was only acknowledged by Anasolar on January 19th 23. After many more mails and calls and several interventions of our lawyer a new battery was finally offered the 24th of March 23. But it was only offered against € 320 transport and technical assistance costs to be paid by us. NOTA : As there are two batteries we would have to replace the functioning but already 4 year old battery as well. (you cannot couple a used battery with a new one) Which given the cost of a new battery (at least € 1000) and the € 320 transport, technical assistance costs is not worth the investment. ADVICE : If possible go for one big battery not two, advice which was not offered by Anasolar Because even if only one battery gives trouble you will have to deal with both batteries.
